We had a very busy few days in Kilrickle National School as we celebrated both Communion and Confirmation this week. Congratulations to all the boys and girls who received their First Holy Communion and to those who were recently Confirmed. Thank you to all who helped on these days.
We have been busy partaking in Hurling and Camogie blitzes of late. Thank you to Cappataggle GAA club who allowed us to use their grounds to host both the Camogie and Hurling blitzes. We have also been busy training with Liam Gordon every Thursday morning.
Well done to the boys and girls who took part in the Manning Cup on Tuesday last. The girls team were unlucky just to miss out on 3rd spot overall. Thank you to Loughrea Athletics Club for co-ordinating the evening and to our teachers who prepared our teams for the events.
