It was
third time lucky as we finally got to celebrate our Confirmation ceremony in
Kilrickle Church on Thursday, December 17th. It was a beautiful occasion. Thank
you to all who contributed to make it a wonderful ceremony.
Thank you to Bishop Kirby who made this ceremony very
special and personal. He has been of tremendous support to the teachers and the
pupils in preparing for this sacrament. To Mr. Kelly who prepared the students
so well for the celebration that was to take place in March and it was a great
pity that we could not celebrate the sacrament then. I would like to thank
Madeleine Dolan and Gwyneth Lusted for helping with the music. To Mary Kennedy and
the whole church committee who made the flower arrangements and made the church
look wonderful for the ceremony. Thank
you also to Paul Rogers who helped hang the bunting. Thank you to the parents who helped with the preperation for ceremony also.
